Cancellation Policy
lf your appointment becomes inconvenient for you, we are always happy to change it if you give us 2 business days notice. This gives us an opportunity to re-allocate the time to another patient , who may be in need of urgent care. Failure to provide us with this advanced notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation/no show fee, at a pro-rata rate of £78 per hour.
